After a very quick finish, Basil will be shown selectively in the specials ring in
2010. Our thanks to Kevin Brooks for allowing us to add this delightful fellow to the
Deluxe family! We are excited about his future.
Introducing: "Boss" & "Bianca"
We are proud and pleased to co-own these two lovely Beagles with our friends -- and
master breeders -- Terri Giannetti and Ted Swedalla. Boss (CH Beowulf Deluxe A Made Man)
finished quickly, expertly piloted by Ted, and Bianca (Beowulf Deluxe Just Got Made) is
on her way to her championship. Boss lives at Beowulf and Bianca lives with us at Deluxe.
Ch Deluxe One In a Million
"Uno" - 15"
The "original" Uno, CH Deluxe One In A Million, is back in the ring competing in the Veteran's Class. Uno
recently was recognized as Best of Opposite Sex and Best Veteran at the Central New Jersey Hound Association
specialty as well as receiving a Veterans Group placement! |

Lindsay Ann is "the first Beagle of Deluxe" as well as the dam of three champions,
granddam of seven champions and, now, the great-granddam of one new champion! We can't thank
John and Peggy Shaw enough for allowing us the joy of Lindsay Ann, a/k/a Miss Wiggles, for
nearly 12 wonderful years. |

Ch Deluxe The Color of Bunny TD
"Ben" - 15"
Ben finished his championship with back-to-back four and five point majors while going
undefeated in the Open Dog class. Congratulations to "Team Ben" -- owner Mary Reusser and
handler, Nancy Arther and all Ben's fans in the Midwest.
Ben becomes the first Deluxe Beagle with a title at both ends of his name. Thanks to
Mary Reusser for this tremendous accomplishment! |
Ch Deluxe One for the Bunny
"Lightning" - 15"
Lightning retires (temporarily) from the show ring with his appearance at the December
2009 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship in Long Beach. He will be preparing for his career
in Tracking and, possibly, Rally and will be back in the show ring in 2012 -- as a Veteran.
Meanwhile, he will also be rooting on his kids as they make their debut in conformation
shows later in 2010. |
